I thought I would drop a little reminder for you today. YOU'VE GOT THIS. No matter the project, no matter the task, you've got this. You've got the skills and the abilities to get the job done, and when you don't have the tools or the talents necessary to do it yourself, you have the wisdom and humility to build a team, ask for help, and conquer the mountain that is in front of you.
I want to remind you that this thing that is in front of you is only a mountain because you are looking at it from the bottom up. What if you started at the top and looked down? What if you began to reverse engineer the problem, what if you broke it down, and took a top-down look at this thing, you might discover that this mountain is actually more of a molehill.
These problems aren't too big for you. This task will not be your end. It will be your launch pad. You've got this. Take a moment to breathe deeply, re-focus, re-orient, and go get 'em!
